Krystal Thomas is a real estate agent, broker associate, mentor, philanthropist, and shoveler of sunshine who believes in the power of positivity and collaboration to live a joyful life, living & working the way you want to, NOT the way you feel like you have to.
Krystal has over 19 years of experience in Real Estate including 12 years of Key West real estate and vacation rental market experience. Since Krystal became a licensed real estate agent in 2014, she has sold over $100 million in residential real estate. She has also leased and managed commercial property, as well a 65-slip liveaboard community.
Service, mentorship, and connecting others is a passion of Krystal’s and in 2023 she founded ShineGroup to collaborate with and unite the best realtors in the area and empower other agents in the real estate industry while setting a new standard for the ultimate client experience.
Krystal is married to her husband Ed and lives in Key West with her three huskies Misha, Dolly & Zoe. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Florida Association of Realtors, Key West Association of Realtors, Membership Chair for The Rotary Club of Key West, creator of Bahama Village Little Pantry, a mentor with Take Stock in Children of Monroe County and volunteer with Cooking With Love.
Jess Forsythe

Jess co-owns and operates Kenna Construction with her partner, Mike. He had the construction skills, she had the business management and design skills, and they’ve been growing their business ever since early 2017.

She believes that quality of work, innovation and clear communication in business should always be at the forefront.
People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
She got her real estate license as a natural progression to educate herself and assist her existing construction clients and friends in the buying, selling, building and remodeling of their homes.
The Florida Keys can be a little more complex place to build, with historic guidelines, environmental restrictions and strict building codes. Jess strives to make this process easy to understand and navigate.
Jess lives on the water in Key West, with her partner Mike, 3 awesome bonus daughters, Great Dane, Mazy and Mastiff, Hippo. When she’s not working - she loves traveling, and gardening.
She's had various Build Producing roles on HGTV shows including the most popular rated show; Rock the Block.
She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, National Association of Women in Construction and the Lead Coordinator for Irreverent Warriors' Key West chapter, a national veteran non-profit bringing the military community together to create a heathy culture and end veteran suicide.
