Krystal is a true embodiment of the Athena spirit, leading with integrity, compassion, and an unyielding commitment to service. Though not born in Key West, Krystal’s love for the island began during childhood visits, and she has since woven herself into the community fabric, becoming a pillar of leadership and support.


Her contributions are vast and impactful, spanning both professional and volunteer realms:


●  Founder of a thriving real estate team donating 10% of team commissions to Monroe County causes.

●  Mentor for Take Stock in Children and inspiration for youth at the Boys and Girls Club.

●  Volunteer with Cooking with Love, providing hundreds of meals to those in need.

●  Advocate for higher education, raising over $50,000 for the Edward B. Knight

Scholarship through the Rotary Club of Key West


●  Founder of the Bahama Village Little Pantry Program, addressing local food insecurity.

●  Visionary behind Ashlee’s House, a lodging program for Monroe County residents

needing medical treatment on the mainland.

●  Active supporter of veterans through the Irreverent Warriors Silkies Hike.

●  Creator of empowering women’s networking events and the Key West Chalk Project,

which uplifts neighborhoods through art.


Krystal has received multiple accolades, including the Key West Star Award and Rotarian Of The Year and continues to lead through example, making a difference with every step she takes.
